MILITARY
As we write their next chapter of service, the NRAEF collaborates with all branches of the U.S. military, providing support both during service and in transition. Our programs focus on military development and help individuals acquire transferable skills essential for pursuing careers in the restaurant, foodservice, and hospitality industries.
PROSTART
From culinary techniques to restaurant management skills, ProStart’s industry-driven high-school curriculum provides real-life experience and creates opportunities for career exploration to more than 214,000 students, nationwide. Offering employers top-notch accredited training programs to level up their existing employees.

RHLC’s Registered Apprenticeship Programs complement the Youth Readiness and Employer Advancement programs which help people within the industry overcome barriers.
RESTAURANT READY: HOPES
A national program dedicated to helping people with the job and life skills needed to pursue careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry, empowering them to embark on a path to independence.
HOPES:
Hospitality Opportunities For People (Re)Entering Society helps set justice-involved individuals on a path to employment and independence.
SCHOLARSHIPS & GRANTS:
Each year, NRAEF awards more than $1 million in scholarships available to individuals pursuing a post-secondary degree in the restaurant, foodservice, and hospitality industry.
We also provide grants to individuals pursuing industry certifications, to educators for professional development, and to ProStart educators for classroom enhancements.
